How much does hibachi at home cost in Atlanta?
Our packages start at $50/person for the Classic Package (2 proteins + rice, vegetables & salad). The Party Package is $60/person (3 proteins + noodles) and the Premium Package is $65/person (3 proteins including premium options). All packages require a minimum of 8 guests. A $100 deposit secures your date.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
We charge a travel fee of $1/mile for locations more than 30 miles from Atlanta city center. Gratuity is not included but greatly appreciated. There are no hidden fees โ the price you see is the price you pay (plus tip if you choose).
Do you offer kids pricing?
Yes! Children under 6 eat free. Children ages 7โ12 are $30/child with a smaller portion. Adult pricing applies for teens 13 and up. Let us know the breakdown of ages when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). A $100 deposit is required at booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
What's included in every hibachi package?
Every package includes: hibachi fried rice, mixed vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, onions), house salad with ginger dressing, yum yum sauce, teriyaki sauce, a live fire cooking show with tricks, all grill equipment, plates, chopsticks, utensils, setup, and cleanup. We bring everything โ you just provide the space.
How long does a hibachi at home event typically last?
Most events run 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on group size. Our chef typically arrives 30โ45 minutes early for setup. The cooking show and meal itself takes about 60โ90 minutes for groups of 8โ20. Larger groups take longer โ we'll give you a time estimate when you book.
What fire tricks and entertainment does the chef do?
Our chefs perform the full teppanyaki entertainment experience including: the iconic onion volcano with fire, egg roll tricks, flipping food into your mouth, heart-shaped fried rice, shrimp toss, and more. It's a dinner AND a show!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely. We can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and most common dietary needs. Please let us know at the time of booking so our chef can prepare accordingly. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment, but we take all allergies seriously.
What space do I need for the hibachi setup?
We need an outdoor flat area of approximately 10ร10 feet minimum โ a backyard, patio, deck, or driveway works great. Indoor setups may be possible with excellent ventilation. Please mention if you're planning an indoor event so we can advise. We set up and take down โ you just enjoy.
Do you need access to electricity or water?
No electricity needed โ our grills are propane-powered. We do appreciate access to a water source (outdoor hose or sink) for cleanup, but it's not strictly required. We clean up after ourselves and leave your space spotless.
What's the minimum number of guests required?
We require a minimum of 8 guests for all packages. This is to make the event experience worthwhile for both parties and to cover our operating costs. For groups larger than 30, contact us for custom multi-grill pricing.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
Light rain doesn't typically affect us โ we can cook in light drizzle. For heavy rain or severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge. We recommend having a backup covered area (garage, tent, covered patio) just in case. Your deposit is fully protected against weather reschedules.
Do you serve all areas around Atlanta?
Yes! We serve all of Greater Atlanta including Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Smyrna, Dunwoody, Decatur, Brookhaven, Peachtree City, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville, Cumming, and beyond. Free travel within 30 miles; $1/mile beyond that.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2โ4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. That said, we can often accommodate same-week bookings depending on availability. Call us at (929) 509-1936 for last-minute requests!
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Weather-related reschedules are always free. We understand life happens โ reach out and we'll work with you.
Can I customize the menu for my event?
Absolutely! You can mix and match proteins, request specific sauces, add premium upgrades, or adjust portions for your group. Contact us before booking and we'll create a custom quote tailored exactly to your event needs.
